Asian Recipes + RV Living
Hello! My name is Anne. Asian recipes are my specialty, and you’ll find instructions on how to cook amazing dishes from around the world.
If I can make them in my tiny RV, then it will be easy for you to make them at home. When I make a recipe for you I usually experiment for days or even weeks to perfect it (my husband ends up eating a lot).
When I’m not cooking, you’ll find me checking out new restaurants, traveling, and singing karaoke with friends.
WHO WE ARE
After living in Thailand for 8 years, my husband Hassan and I took a flight back to the US in March 2020. Little did we know that COVID-19 would throw the world into turmoil, change things forever, and disrupt everything that we thought we might expect.
We saved up and planned for a long time before making the jump to move, and didn’t have a lot of wiggle room when the economy tumbled. Our re-introduction to the US was months of quarantine/lockdown, a polarizing presidential election, and lots of uncertainty.
Being based in Raleigh, North Carolina was okay, but we really wanted to see more of the country and build a community along the way. On July 10th 2021, we finally pulled together enough money to buy a used Travel Trailer, an SUV to tow it, and a lot of sweat and hard work to get it all ready for the road. We don’t know where we’ll end up, but we know that we’d love for you to join us along our way.
